avocado mayo

1 1/2 avocados
2 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
mash the avocado, add all other ingredients except the oil and mix with an immersion blender, add oil while mixing until the right consistency
