Key Lime Pie

crust

1 cup walnut

4 dates

3/4 cup pecans

2 1/2 maple syrup (or coconut nectar

pinch of salt

soak the walnut and dates for 15 minutes, strain and put in a blender together with all the rest of the ingredients and blend.

pour and level on the bottom of a container

filling

juice of 4 limes

2 cups cashews

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

blend all ingredients and pour over the crust.

freeze for at least three hours
