Pork belly

1/2 pound pork belly
salt
pepper
paprika
take the skin off, season with the spices, wrap in parchment paper then in aluminium foil, then in another layer of aluminium foil
​
cook in the oven at 200 F for 6 hours
​
let cool at room temperature then store in the fridge overnight or for 8 hours
​
unwrap, put the fat that came off in a pan, heat up, cut the pork belly into 6 pieces and cook it fat down on the heated fat in the pan
​
cook it on all sides, for about 5 to 10
​
