Shrimps garlic and oil

put the shrimps in a bowl, add avocado oil, salt, minced garlic and let sit for half hour.
Heat up some avocado oil in a pan, add the shrimps, cook for about 3 minutes per side.
Add the wine, the juice of half lemon, keep cooking for about a minute.
Put the shrimps in a plate, keep cooking the sauce until it becomes denser and pour it over the shrimps, sprinkle some chopped parsley and serve.
