What makes this marmalade stand out it's its bitter yet balanced flavor profile, the use of very little sugar, no pectin, no preservatives or any unreadable ingredients.

In fact, the only ingredients that go into this marmalade are oranges, lemon, and raw cane sugar.

Crafted in small batches in the beautiful neighborhood of Astoria, New York,  a neighborhood known for its great food, mix of cultures and European vibes.

All the produce used is certified organic and sourced in the United States.

The jars are made in America, by Ball.

The flavor profile is bitter and sour forward with just enough sweetness to balance. The texture is smooth but real, the orange is all there, the whole fruit, in marmalade form, nothing is discarded and you can feel it, and taste it. The pulp, the skin, the freshness.

It's spreadable but not liquid, is firm enough but not jelley. You can easily scoop it out of the jar and just as easily spread it on a piece of toasted bread.

It will mix easily blended in a smoothy or shaken in a cocktail and is beautiful to have it just by the spoonful!
